3.  Can I rent my mobile in Melody Gardens?

A.  If you own a mobile in Melody Gardens you can rent it under the following conditions. Rentals are for a minimum of three months; Renters must complete an application form and be approved by the Board of Directors, pay a fee to have a background check and be age 55 or older. Shareholders must ensure renters abide by our Rules and Regulations.

4.  Can we bring our pet?

A.  No.  Melody Gardens is a No Pet Park. Persons with Service and/or Emotional Support Animals must submit required documentation and abide by Park Rules and Regulations.

6.  What amenities does Melody Gardens have?

A. We have a beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. A fully equipped gym. A pool room. We have darts in our clubhouse. We provide a laundry room with washers and dryers and we also have a clothesline area. We have a beautiful clubhouse with kitchen facilities where we hold many dances, parties and meetings. We also have four covered shuffleboard courts. We have a great little community and we enjoy many activities.
