What You Need to Know

We are a 55+ Resident Owned Cooperative Mobile Home Park.  

Our monthly maintenance fee is $175 as of January 1, 2024. Shareholders are responsible to pay their own county property taxes. Melody Gardens does not own any mobiles, all mobiles for sale are private sales.

If you are considering buying a mobile in Melody Gardens, you must first be approved by our Board of Directors. We suggest you review our Rules and Regulations before you purchase. Contact our Association Manager for further details at melodygardensrocinc@gmail.com.  

Persons with pets are not approved. Persons with Service or Emotional Support Animals must provide appropriate documentation on a form available by contacting the Association Manager.

We have a very busy park, especially during the winter months (November to April). Lots of activities every day of the week. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, ping pong, or take a swim. Relax in our hot tub. Borrow a book from our library. Have a game of pool. Join the dart club or join a golf league. Sing your heart out at karaoke. Come out for an old fashioned open mic night.
