Before you leave for the season, check around your unit to ensure all furnishings and decorative items are removed and safely stored. Check that the water to your unit is turned off as well. We recommend that you ensure a key is left in the office in the event of an emergency and access is needed into your unit.
A calendar outlining all the activities scheduled for Melody Gardens is distributed to all residents in the park. Ensure you're not missing out on something you may enjoy, and it's a great way to meet your neighbors and make new friends. Go to the calendar of events page under the "more" dropdown menu.
Selling - If you plan to sell your unit contact our Association Manager FIRST to advise them of your plan to sell. Melody Gardens' bylaw provides for a first refusal by Melody Gardens to anyone selling their unit. Our Association Manager can also provide the necessary forms to assist you. You can also find the forms on our website under "Forms".
Purchasing - Anyone planning to purchase MUST be pre-approved by the Board of Directors before ANY transaction can take place. We require an application to be completed and the necessary background checks conducted and interviews with the Board and Association Manager.
Renting - Shareholders are responsible to inform the Association Manager any time they plan to rent their unit, either seasonally or long term and that the prospective renters obtain approval from the Board of Directors. Application forms for RENTERS is available on this website under "Forms" or may be obtained at the office. Applications must be received and approved at least one month before the unit is occupied by the renters. Shareholders are ultimately responsible for anyone renting their unit and therefore should ensure that all renters are familiar with the Rules and Regulations of Melody Gardens.
ALL overnight guests are required to be signed in. The sign-in book is located at the back of the office. Any guests staying longer than 30 days must be approved. Day visitors bringing pets into the park must abide by the Park Rules and keep the pet on the shareholders property during their visit. We are a NO PET park and this applies to renters, guests and visitors. Also, inform the Association Manager.

If you are unsure of a particular rule or regulation contact the office at (727) 544-0714 or melodygardensrocinc@gmail.com
Please be advised that due to a number of people having outside workers coming in to do work on their unit, we are asking all residents to notify the office by phone 727-544-0714 or email the office at melodygardensrocinc@gmail.com of the name(s) of the individuals or company who you have contracted to do such work, when you expect them to be there and what work they have been asked to do.
This will assist our board and other concerned residents to ensure your mobile is being accessed by authorized individuals.
Owners are also advised to ensure that people you hire to work on your unit are covered under your insurance or are insured through Workers Compensation. This is for your own protection in the event of an accident. Melody Gardens is not responsible for any worker who is injured and is not contracted specifically by Melody Gardens to do work within the park.
Again, thanks for your co-operation.
